As part of our ongoing digitization efforts, the Society’s office will be closed from January 26 through January 30 while we complete a planned computer system migration.

This upgrade represents another important step in modernizing the Society. By transitioning to updated systems, we are improving how we manage information, communicate, and support our members and stakeholders. Ultimately, these changes are designed to make our operations more efficient and our services easier to access.

During this period, staff will have limited access to files and systems, and response times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we complete this work and ensure everything is properly tested and secure before reopening.
