Requesting Public Tax Documents from the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants:

We maintain a copy of our past three years of Form 990 for public inspection at our office. If you require a copy, the law dictates that the charge for copying is $1 for the first page and 0.15 per page thereafter. If you want a copy of the Form 990 and cannot come to our office, please make your formal request in writing to the Society office by mail, courier, or email. Requests are not permitted by telephone. We will fulfill your written request in less than the 30 days legally permitted.
